I was honored to work with Marc in an agile Software Development Team. Within this team he not only filled the role of a Scrum Master perfectly. He acted as an Agile Coach who made us better as a team day by day.

Marc has a an outstanding experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile Coach and brings a broad set of methods into a company. This is why I personally had a steep learning curve as a Product Owner being coached by Marc as he exactly knows how to handle product owner specific challenges in a transforming environment. Hereby I would like to highlight his extremely inspiring agile mindset and his perception of a Servant Leader who wants to create and develop high performing and motivated agile teams. Furthermore I really admire his empathetically way of coaching when he does not tell one how it is done, but asks the right questions to let people find their own way of answering it.

I really hope that I will have the chance to work with Marc again in the future, to learn from him and to personally evolve through his coachings.
